SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

ATTENTION CONTRACTORS, OWNER BUILDERS and ELECTRICIANS

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2019
PERMITS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL ALL SUBCONTRACTORS HAVE SIGNED THE ADDENDUM.

Effective October 11, 2021

On October 5, 2021 the Suwannee County Board of County Commissioners unanimously voted to increase the Driveway Permit Fee to $50 effective October 11, 2021

ATTENTION MOBILE HOME INSTALLERS and OWNERS

ANY MOBILE HOME PERMIT ISSUED AFTER 5/1/2022 WILL REQUIRE THE PAD TO BE INSPECTED BEFORE INSTALLATION OF THE MOBILE HOME
FAILURE TO HAVE A PAD INSPECTION COULD RESULT IN THE MOBILE HOME BEING REMOVED
